- Internship program expanded to 300+ students from 8 UAS partners
- First version of AI-based matching tool went live - used in the October cohort of the UAS internship
- Over 12 community events hosted or co-hosted in September alone
- Launch of Herizon x Customer Success Nordics Sales Bootcamp, training internationals for English-speaking sales roles
- LinkedIn Bootcamp returned with record attendance and measurable improvements in participant visibility
- Career growth fireside chats with speakers like Dinuka Lankaloka (Basware) and Mervi Koivulahti (Digia) provided first-hand insights into Finnish work culture
- Collaboration events with HIVE Helsinki, Reaktor, and Epicenter brought together over 200 community members interested in tech and community building
- New events with YTK Unemployment Fund and Aalto University added practical and entrepreneurial learning to the mix
- Launch of Femcode Collective, a beginner-friendly initiative empowering women and non-binary people to build AI-powered tools, led by Mari Luukkainen
