Teaching 1000 women to code.
Femcode collective is an initiative to teach 1000 women AI coding skills and expand the presence of women in Europe’s technology and startup ecosystem. We work with venture capital funds and other ecosystem partners to create learning opportunities and open doors to technical and entrepreneurial careers.
Our focus is practical: participants gain coding skills relevant to AI and product development, understand how technology businesses work, and connect with people building and funding the next generation of companies.
Femcode collective is built to increase employability and founder readiness for women who want to take part in shaping Europe’s tech future.
