What happened in Q4
- Hottest event season of the year. We hosted tens of events with multiple partners from Codebar and Bloom to Slush. Keynotes, LinkedIn Bootcamps, coding workshops, company visits, fireside chats. During 2025, we held over 200 events for the immigrant community.
- The on-demand Internship Program was piloted for 2026, and our matchmaking product was heavily optimized to support scaling.
- We also piloted the Ambassador program at small scale to expand our geographical coverage next year.
- Femcode collective arranged coding workshops for over 500 women in 3 countries, and a few grew the community to over 200 women
- Femcode collective partnered with Lovable and arranged a hackathon for 100 women during Slush week.
- The first female-led tech company was founded within the Femcode collective.
- We launched femcode.dev to showcase projects and for the community to publish events.
- Labor Market Insights acquired several enterprise clients.
2026 plans
- We're deepening our collaboration with the relevant unions for our community, offering legal Q&As and employment discussions with Insinööriliitto and Tradenomit for our community.
- We're launching a podcast, Sisu & Slay, covering inspirational stories of immigrants succeeding in the Nordics and practical tips.
- We're the Ambassador program to expand the geographical coverage even further.
- Expanding our event coverage through Femcode to the Baltics, Nordics, Germany, and Japan.
- Continuing what works: Keeping the immigrant community active with professional events throughout the year, and offering internship opportunities for all the UAS students in Finland.
