Our goals for 2025

Herizon’s 2025 goals: more jobs, internships, and growth through focused partnerships and community impact.

Our goals for 2025

2024 was a year of progress and clear lessons for Herizon. We set out to employ 200 immigrants, provide internships for 300 international students, and host 150 tailored events. Read more about our goals here.

By year’s end, we surpassed several targets, securing jobs for 335 individuals and generating over €1M in monthly salaries. Our internship program connected 277 students with Finnish universities of applied sciences, and we organized 168 events, helping to build stronger community ties.

That said, we encountered challenges. Manual processes slowed us down, and funding constraints made scaling partnerships difficult. These experiences have sharpened our approach as we head into 2025.

Our goals for 2025

Based on last year’s progress and lessons, here’s what we’re focusing on this year:

1. Employment for 500 immigrants

We aim to place 500 individuals into jobs, driving €1.5M in monthly salaries. This builds on the success-fee model that worked well in 2024 and expands it to more cities.

2. Internships for 600 students

This year, we plan to connect 600 international students with practical internship opportunities, partnering with most of Finland’s universities of applied sciences and expanding the program to universities.

3. Expanding the talent pool

Our goal is to grow the talent pool in our CRM from 1,610 to 3,500, with mapped competencies for better job matching.

4. Strengthening public sector collaboration

We aim to integrate with TE24 across 25% of the major parties of Finland’s public sector, focusing on scaling our employment solutions with government support.

5. Growing software revenue

With the Talent Platform and tools like Talent Matcher, we’re targeting €250K in software revenue, validating our solutions in both local and international markets.

6. Hosting 150 events

Community engagement remains central. We’ll organize 150 events to support professional growth, create networking opportunities, and foster a sense of belonging in Finland.
